When will my order be delivered?

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) and delivered within 1–4 business days for mainland UK addresses.

Orders placed after 3pm GMT or at weekends will be processed on the next working day. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow its progress.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Once your return is approved and received, we’ll issue a refund in line with our returns policy.
