Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription (e.g., for replacement water filters), you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged automatically for each delivery.
The total cost and frequency will be clearly shown at checkout. You can change or cancel your subscription at any time via the link in your order confirmation email or by contacting us.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are securing an item that is currently out of stock or soon to be available. We may collect a deposit or full payment at checkout to reserve your item.
You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been dispatched for a full refund. If the order has already been dispatched, our standard 14-day Returns Policy applies.
