Customer Reviews
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS ABYSMAL COMPANY!
We ordered a £700 tap and hand sprayer which had a relatively long lead time. We patiently waited for them to come into stock and have had aggravation ever since. The tap and hand sprayer were fitted and are faulty. We have been back and forth over multiple emails (as you cannot get through to anybody on the phone) to try and get the issue rectified. They have offered replacement parts to overhaul the tap instead of just supplying a brand new tap (Which is what we have paid for!). Expecting us to pay a plumber to troubleshoot instead of just paying them to fit a working tap! Almost a month later and we are still waiting for a refund / replacement. The replacement parts have apparently been dispatched twice but nothing has yet arrived. It would have been quicker / easier for us to return this faulty tap for a refund a month ago and to order from a different supplier. We appreciate sometimes items are faulty and things do go wrong but the customer service and the speed at which this has taken to resolve has been nothing but frustrating. We have just finished a house extension, ordered items from multiple companies including other taps and have not experienced anything half as painful and frustrating as this process!!
Wonderful customer service, especially from Jamie- twice now he's fully supported me through an order, and a small error, and most importantly corrected the error within 24 hours, and i couldn't be more pleased! An internet company with an independant feel. 1st class service. Will be my 1st port of call for the rest of our reno needs.
