The Zip HydroTap G5 UltraCare Classic Plus delivers instant filtered boiling and chilled water at the touch of a button, purpose-built for the demands of busy workplace kitchens, commercial environments, and hospitality settings. With a choice of Bright Chrome or Matt Black finishes and two capacity tiers — up to 60 users or up to 100 users — this is a system designed to scale with your space and serve your team without compromise.
At the heart of the G5 UltraCare is Zip's MicroPurity 0.2 micron internal filtration, which removes bacteria, cysts, and fine particulates from every cup delivered. Boiling water is dispensed at a precise 98°C, while chilled water is maintained at a consistent 6–10°C, ensuring every drink — from a carefully brewed coffee to a crisp glass of water — is served at exactly the right temperature. The 60-user model delivers up to 160 boiling cups and 175 chilled cups per hour, whilst the 100-user model steps up to 240 boiling cups per hour, keeping pace with even the busiest morning rush.
Safety is built in from the ground up. The UltraCare safety system provides an additional layer of protection around boiling water dispensing, making it well suited to shared workplace and hospitality environments where multiple users interact with the tap throughout the day. Meet the Zip HydroTap Command Centre
Every Zip HydroTap is powered by a Command Centre, a compact unit that lives in the cupboard beneath your sink. The tap on your worktop pours the water. The Command Centre does the clever part, filtering, heating, chilling and, on sparkling models, carbonating it so it is ready the moment you want it.
Tucked out of sight
Sits neatly in the cupboard under your sink and connects straight to the tap, so there is no kettle, filter jug or bottled water cluttering the worktop.
Filters every glass
Zip's MicroPurity filter works down to 0.2 micron, reducing chlorine, lead, dirt and microplastics for clean, fresh tasting water. Zip rates it around 25 times more effective than a standard filter jug.
Boiling, chilled or sparkling
Depending on your model, it keeps water ready at around 98°C for boiling, chilled for drinking or sparkling, and delivers it in a smooth, steady pour without spitting or bursts of steam.
Simple touchscreen control
A PIN protected display on the front of the unit lets you fine tune temperatures, set the boiling water safety lock and choose energy modes in just a few touches.
Kinder on energy and water
Sleep modes and timers reduce power use when the tap is not needed, and the air cooled chiller means no water is wasted during cooling.
Keeps an eye on itself
Built in diagnostics monitor how the system is running, and the display lets you know when the filter, or the CO₂ cylinder on sparkling models, is due for replacement.

Make sure the cupboard beneath your sink has room for the unit alongside any existing pipework or waste.

The unit is air cooled, so the cupboard needs vent openings to let warm air out. Your installer will create these.
