- UK‑only service – We operate across the UK, including Northern Ireland.
- Genuine Triflow systems only – We install only Triflow Original, Quadro, or O3 filter‑tap systems.
- We stand by our work – We guarantee the parts we fit. Any unrelated faults outside of our installation are not covered—but we’ll clearly explain these if they arise.
- Your countertop needs a 35 mm pre‑drilled hole – This avoids damage and ensures a tidy finish. We don’t modify surfaces ourselves.
- Be sure you can isolate both hot and cold water – If extra work is needed, we’ll advise you, and parts or labour may incur a charge.
- Keep access under the sink clear – Our installer needs space to work efficiently and safely.
- Ensure parking is available – If any charges apply, these will be passed on.
- Full payment is required up front – This secures your booking and allows us to plan your appointment with confidence.
Cancellation Policy – Designed with Safety in Mind
Your safety, and that of our installers, is paramount. If we determine that installation cannot proceed due to health or safety concerns, we will retain a £99 call‑out fee and promptly refund the remaining balance. We appreciate your understanding and assure you that we’ll carry out the best course of action fairly and transparently.
